Recommended Skyrim mods

So my new pc will be arriving very soon! Iv been looking into mods for skyrim and just wondered if anyone here has any favourites?

Well, graphics wise, i fell in love with these:
Skyrim HD 2K Textures
Static Mesh Improvement Mod
Realistic Water Textures
Skyrim Flora Overhaul

Daedric arrows and quiver retextured
Glowing ore veins
As has been mentioned real water textures is good but the modder who was doing stopped woring on it and if you uninstall it some of the smaller water falls that were replaced do not get put back (there is a work around that i have not tried yet) also there is another mod who did some work on this mod who has now created his own which is called (W.A.T.E.R water and terrain enhancement redux) i found this to look even better but i still need to sort the waterfalls out when i get back to playing skyrim.

Been trying to get 2K HD textures working using NMM.
However i have one of them (there a 4 different files right?) installed (towns) but when i try to install another (misc) it says that towns has allready been installed, do i want to replace?
Do i just click yes?
