Reconfigure fans?

When I ordered my PC, I had assumed that my AIO cooler (Corsair H150i ELITE CAPELLIX) could be mounted on the top of the case. I hadn't appreciated the sizes properly, nor the position and size of the RAM. Consequently, it wouldn't fit there. The PCS team mounted it in the only position that it would fit easily, which is at the front of the case. However, the case has built in fans too, so now there is a push/pull configuration around the AIO radiator. Whilst this seems to work fine and I haven't had any sound issues that can arise from different fan speeds, I have been considering rearranging the fans. Whilst the AIO radiator and fans wouldn't fit at the top of the case, I think that just a set of fans would. I am keen to keep the AIO fans with the AIO radiator (as they have been designed for eachother), but I thought that I could move my case fans to the top of the case and move my AIO fans to the other side of the AIO radiator, i.e. to the position where the case fans used to be. I think that this would be more aesthetically pleasing, and also reduce how much the fans are fighting with eachother directly.

I have checked with the PCS team, and they are content with me changing it if I want to without affecting my warranty. My question to the experts on the forum is: should I do this or is it not worth it?

yeah stick the fans from the cooler up in the roof, I did the same with mine for the exact same reason on my 465 case
Do you have them as intakes or exhausts, out of curiosity? I'd expect it would be mildly better to have them as intakes, but I'm not sure how much it would matter...

the ones in the roof are exhausts, so i've 3 intake on the front, 2 exhausts in the roof and one exhaust in the rear

I have the exact same case but I am using Corsair H115i RGB PRO XT Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler.

They done the same with my case. It seems to be running fine but I am a bit paranoid about the air flow. I was also thinking of moving the two 140mm Fans on the cooler to the top of the case and leave the 3 case fans to blast onto the Rad.

Anyone else done this?
