This is the setup I built. Can anyone confirm that 650W PSU would be enough and Could I OC the CPU to 4.0 with the cooling provided (H80i)

Any other opinions are welcome as well.

Should be fine , but personally i would go for the best cooler available & the biggest PSU possible for overclocking,

Plus that PSU doesnt leave much room for anything in the way of upgrades in the future , especially if its overclocked to 4.00GHz & above really :D
