My first post from my brand new computer, and I have a few things to say about my overall experience of buying from PCSpecialist.
Firstly, here is the Spec which I have recently ordered, and set up.
I would like to add that this is the first powerful PC Desktop I have ever owned, meaning my experience is even better.
I have never experienced such good customer service from a company, nor the high standards which my computer was built with.
I would like to add that there was excellent courier service, delivering on the day specified, with very useful tracking tools too.
I am sorry that I am unable to post Pictures of my build, my stupid camera is'nt working, and my phone dislikes connecting itself to computers for some reason!
Nevertheless, I felt I had to post to say that if anyone is in any doubt of ordering with PCS, then you can throw that doubt out the window! My experience has been nothing short of excellent, with a sturdy packaging, welcoming customer service and also a high quality of hardware.
I have heard some people have trouble with long delivery times, and I would recommend the 5, or 3, day delivery service which I myself purchased. Although if your not in a rush for it (I needed mine for University) then im sure it wouldnt take very long anyway.
Overall, I am beyond happy, and would like to extend a huge thank you to the staff at PCS, as well as the very helpful people on these forums who helped me make my choice.
