Has anyone ever had difficulty in returning an rma themselves. Thought it would have been straight forward. I emailed them asking how i return myself as couldn't get passed the return charge. They emailed me back 48hrs later telling me to email the problem and they would then generate an rma for me. So i emailed the fault now they want me to take videos of the problem and email it back to them to have a look at.
Can't say I've ever had this before and not sure what is hoped to be gained by it as needs an IT engineer to take a look at it for the fault. As per my other thread i posted further down
