yes im looking for a pc specialist build, i know pc specialist doesnt have graphics cards so i got my own and i just want to get the rest of the components here

I'd suggest that you give this a read then put together a spec on the AMD configurator and post that telling us your uses, budget etc, then we can advise accordingly

Well it will be for streaming basically, i will work with videos, and i would like to go for a 5800 or a 5900 im not very sure, of course it will be 32GB of ram, i have a monitor ZOWIE 144MHs, and my budget is about 2000£

i have a monitor ZOWIE 144MHs,

What's the make and model of that ZOWIE monitor?
As the only ZOWIE monitors i can find at 144hz are all 1080p, which makes the 3080Ti overkill for a 1080p 144hz.
