Hi all
For a small subset of users, they face random disconnects seeming only on USB2 ports on B550 and X570 with Ryzen 5000 CPU's.
Now, there are only a few things that actually NEED a USB 2 port, almost all devices will work fine in a USB 3 port and that's the easiest workaround.
But if you have a requirement for USB 2 specifically like on a first gen VR headset for the camera connection, and you're one of the unlucky ones facing this bug, this is the current workaround suggested by AMD until a BIOS update is released to correct it:
Please remember, any BIOS updates need to be run past PCS first, otherwise you may void your warranty.
