Safely Remove...

I was looking around in the BIOS and noted that 2 of my devices were disabled (HDD DVD Burner) although they were always both working ok.
I enabled both devices and now they show up as removeable in Safely Remove Hardware.
Is there anyway i can stop them being display there.

i7 2600k
Windows 7 Ultimate

Reverse what you did in the bios.
