when i choose (OS optimization) do i just hit apply, or go to the advanced tab and make some changes,in other words when i hit apply, are all the changes that i need for my laptop done for me????

It'll do what it can, if you scroll to the right it'll show you any you have to change manually.

You need to apply them all to be correctly set up for ssd.
