scan password protected files

hi, guys
when i do a full system scan using advast, scan can not scan some file because they are password protected, how do i scan password protected files ????

does a boot scan, scan password protected files ????

are there other programs that can scan password protected files (yes/no)

They're password protected for a reason and won't be scanned without a password. Otherwise the password mechanism would be pointless. If you don't know the password you generally need to do some cracking to get into the file.
