hi my order is on awaiting dispatch since friday i think and im wonderig were PCS are based i live in glasgow scotland btw just wondering when it would be coming got a busy week brothers birthday today ad my exam results come in tommorow and wednesday ill probs just cry all day about my results so just wondering if i should sit about today or if its not going to be coming ...side note i specified delivery for today

If it wasn't dispatched on Friday it will not be with you today.

Generally you would receive the PC the next working day after it was dispatched (unless you're not in the mainland UK). generally I don't believe specific dates can be requested for deliveries though.

Hi deccofive, I live in Aberdeen and after my PC was dispatched it took 2 working days to get it up from the PCS Depot. I believe if its standard delivery they use a DPD two day service, you will get an email from DPD/PCS and a text message (if you provided a mobile number) which will detail the day your PC will arrive. At this point I got the option to change the day to a later day that week if I preferred.

On the day of delivery you should get another email with a time slot for that delivery to give you a bit of notice about when its going to come.

Hi i too live in aberdeen area too and once my package was dispatched i tracked it for 2 days until it was in the local depo, then i just called them up and asked them if i could collect it instead of delivery as then i didn't have to worry about waiting all day and it not arriving etc, all i needed was proof of ID and proof of my delivery address as i was getting it delivered to my work originally.
