Win 10 license keys are available for £10.00 on the internet and win 10 itself without license key is free to download from MS website

does it make sense to save £100 and do a self install and wiil it give the same level of functionality as buying laptop either Recoil or Proteus RTX with windows 10 and all other utility software pre installed)

Those websites selling licenses for £10 are (I’m willing to bet 100%), scams, there is a reason a license costs £100. That’s how much it costs.

By all means buy it elsewhere but the configuration of drivers and settings will fall on you and PCS wouldn’t be able to help with that.

In addition to the above, and a Windows 10 license key for £10 is clearly not genuine, the forum rules prohibit the discussion of anything illegal on these fora. I am therefore closing this thread.
