I sent a e-mail to PC Specilalist this morning about my refund from the order that I cancelled on Friday but I had no response and would like my refund ASAP as I would like to order something else.

What you do need to bare in mind is that they will get probably hundreds of emails a day, so expect a few hours before a reply

As Corfate says they can get many many emails in a day and may not get a chance to respond as quickly as you would like!

Especially since it has just been a weekend so they will have to go through the weekends emails first.

I find it takes them 1-2 days to respond to emails so the phone may be the best option for you
