I recently dug this out of storage while my Vortex is repaired by PCS and it has some kind of battery/power problem.
1. It won't run on just the power adaptor.
2. It detects that the power adaptor is plugged in (the power and battery LEDs light up and flash).
3. It does charge the battery but incredibly slowly (charged half of it in 8 hours or so).
4. Using another power adaptor elicits the same response (though not the exact same one, it had the same tip and was giving out 19V/120W).
I would love to get a copy of the service/repair manual to work out what the LEDs flashing means and what the colours mean. I've found a User's manual for the PBL20 which I think is very similar/identical but it doesn't have a troubleshooting section.
Otherwise if you have any ideas on what the exact issue is let me know.
