Skyfire GPU MXM or not?

I recently found out about MXM laptop graphics cards, which are upgradable. I was just wondering, does my Skyfire laptop which I bought in 2012 have an MXM graphics card? The card is a GTX 670M.

It should be but I doubt you are able to get an upgrade due to lack of BIOS upgrade or sorting a mobile gpu.

Well, I could get one off Ebay but not sure if I'd trust the parts.

You will need a bios update for your chassis and a mobile gpu that is compatible with your chassis

I wouldn't even know where to start, trying to find the bios update and what chassis my laptop has. Anyone know what chassis the Skyfire has?

Which model skyfire? Official bios' will only be available from PCS or Clevo. You can get modded bios' but they come buggy and will void warranty and if you don't flash them correctly, the laptop is dead, just to warn you.
