Skyfire II problems.

Brand new Skyfire II, screen keeping shaking and crashing. BSOD. Different message everytime.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
BAD_POOL_CALLER
APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT


A thread tried to release a resource it did not own.

Try a clean install,if you still get the problem could be a hardware issue,in which case give PCS a call.

Thanks, but how do I do a clean install?

Instructions are given in the in the welcome pack booklet.
"With windows 7 DVD in the primary optical drive, power on the system and start tapping the F8 key..."

Thanks. I've just noticed however that if I tilt the computer a tiny bit the screen start flashing with black lines. I'm guessing this is likely a hardware error then?

It seems to me this means it's likely something inside is loose? Or is that wrong?

It just crashed after a tiny tap of a small USB tapping the bottom right corner of the laptop. This means that it's a hardware fault right? After that the laptop stayed on a black screen and I had to turn it off with the power button and when I pressed the power button the screen filled with the letter 'á'
