Slight issue with fan setup on new build - suggestions?

So I recently got a new build and am very happy with it except for one thing. I can't control all my fans cooling via iCUE.

I decided to replace the stock fans on the Fractal North case with the "4 x Corsair AF120 RGB ELITE PWM Fan + Controller Kit" - 3 front intake and 1 rear exhaust. I figured it would make sense to have my whole cooling solution be Corsair and control everything via iCUE. Problem is that although I can control the AIO pump/fans and rear exhaust I cannot do so with the 3 intake fans (I can control RGB via lighting node).

After looking at the build it seems the Commander Core included with the AIO has 6 inputs and I have 7 fans - so assume that's why PCS set it up the way they did. But I'm hoping there's something I can do here as it's not ideal having to use Armory Crate and iCUE together to manage things - only reason I switched out was to avoid this exact thing and it seems to have backfired on me.

You could run the 3 AIO fans of a single header (on the Commander Core) via a splitter as you'll likely be using the same profile for all 3.

Or you could use the splitter on the additional fans for power & RGB and do away with the RGB hub altogether.

Although I don't know how much power the Commander Core can supply and whether 7 is too much for it.

I figured a splitter might be the best way to go. Any you recommend? Not sure if there are different types etc.

What I might do is try connecting 1 front fan on port 5 and use a splitter for port 6 to connect the other 2 fans. Hoping that'd work although the split fans would only show as a single fan in iCUE but would be running using the same curve anyway.

Cheers, I'll have a look. Kicking myself a bit now as I should've got the LINK AIO instead as that would have avoided this issue.
