Software Distribution Folder - Download

Hi

Just want to ask if i can delete all downloaded and installed updates in this folder ( C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download).I found some websites but i am not sure so i am asking here

One of these files are really large and taking 21% of my free space.

I wouldn't unless you really need to, I think it has something to do with Windows Update so it might even regenerate when you restart.

Don't delete those NVIDIA files on your top 10 files list either, it might say setup in the title but they're package launchers and better kept.
