The chosen i5-11600K is said to overclock to 5.1GHz but i have seen on Toms hardware site and another source that these overclock to 4.5-4.9GHz? Only or preferably i assume.
And any partitioning that should be done on the storage HDD and done in which way?
My monitor´s this model: AOC 24G2W1G4, one that´s for AMD graphic cards typically enough so what about any V-sync and will it matter?
Thank you

Yeah no one is going to recommend an Intel processor mate they are just bad compared to AMD CPU's. Also the 11th series that you've selected are particularly bad Intel have seriously created subpar CPU;s with their latest line

Not sure why you're concerned with overclocking as most CPU's these days overclock or boost themselves and tend to perform much better without overclocking

You've also selected a 1440p 144Hz GPU but have a 1080p 144hz monitor which would be a waste of the GPU unless you buy a new monitor

I´m just asking if it´s what it will be overclocked to when i order it, or rather if i order it, so it´s not some typo and it´s overclocked beyond what´s reasonable. This site do separate between custom made rigs overclocked and not so why would i not take advantage of any factory safe settings for the CPU and get it overclocked by the PC Specialists professionals putting it together?
The power supply i changed my mind on and will edit in my new choice in the specifications for it.
Any AMD vs. Intel discussion i don´t think is relevant here though, and yes, i might go for one new monitor to better fit with the BETTER graphic card there. ;)

What you say though concerning my choice of hardware contradicts with almost any source out there, including Toms Hardware that´s just one of them all, i looked up every part before picking it so it´s not just some random choices. But if that´s your choice of hardware and opinion then i know now, you´re just not going to make me change my mind about my choices with not that much to go with it.
The purpose for the PC i forgot to add, i expect of it to be able to handle some of the recent game titles and preferably any good ones in the future.
Steveyg, thanks for the input and i´m taking another wave of surfing the web to find out some more about WTH i actually put together, it´s a jungle and hard to decide what to pick.
Cheers

I don't know what you mean by Toms Hardware mate but they have the 5600x beating the 11600K as they should?

To be a bit more clear the build posted above is solid. It can be better, we would recommend an AMD CPU because AMD CPU's right now are better. This isn't a debate they just are better on almost every front. Anyone telling you different is either not looking at the data correctly or purposely obscuring it

Secondly on the overclocking, it's just not required anymore. I know people do it to push benchmarks and have fun doing that but for every day gamers or people who are inexperienced in it, it's just not required anymore.

Notes on your build, I'd recommend the 5600x CPU with the B550-TUF motherboard. You can also remove the extra thermal paste from your cooler as the Corsair CPU coolers come with their own very high quality thermal paste already applied

The HDD you've selected the 4TB Seagate Barracuda is not a good choice, the 4TB model comes with a RPM of 5400 which is deathly slow these days. Minimum I would recommend for a HDD is 7200 RPM but then again I barely recommend them at all anymore and instead tell people to use M.2 SSD's as they are 10-20-30times faster depending on which one you select

Why would you come on a forum asking for advice and then decide to ignore it because of what some other site says? The AMD vs Intel comparisson is very relevant to you and it's raised every time someone specs up an Intel build, simply because Intel is a poor choice of CPU at the moment (and for a few years to come most likely).

You also asked earlier what overclock will be applied to your build. Nobody can ever answer that because it varies from CPU to CPU. PCS will overclock it as far as possible whilst keeping it stable, that's why testing overclocked builds takes longer. Asking whether it will be overclocked beyond what's reasonable is a strange question to be asking. Do you really think PCS are that dumb?

I´ll fiddle around with my quote for the build and take what you said into consideration. Mind you though i have a wireless internet so some good motherboard with WIFI you recommend?

And i never said anyone was dumb here. I need some good advice and not some verbal dispute straight up. I don´t think i was rude in any way i just said how i see it. Please don´t lecture me since i´ll just take my business elsewhere then.

I don't work for PCS, so threatening me that you'll go elsewhere unless I agree with everything you say is a pointless exercise. Since you seem to trust neither PCS to build it properly nor the highly experienced people on here to advise you properly, perhaps you should go elsewhere.

Yes i´ll do that now. You twist everything i said into whatever you want to but yes, a lost customer. It´s a fact since i see you´re a moderator and you don´t put me under your thumb here with your crazy words.
Bye bye
SteveyG, thanks. I´ll STEAL that info since i say what i mean, not something that rolls around and come out in a special way in somebody´s noodle. There´s Swedish businesses that needs customers in these dire times and it´s closer to me, for the best as i see it, now.
