Spec feedback/thoughts?

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on this build. I'm looking for a gaming desktop PC but I also want to be able to do office work on it. I'm pretty much clueless with the tech side of things so any advice would be epic. My budget is around £1500 - £1700. I had initially looked for an Intel CPU but upon further reading and having been directed to the AMD vs Intel article on here, I think AMD is the way to go.

Ok, some thoughts 16GB of memory is plenty enough, but really needs to be 3200MHz at least, Nvidia recommend a minimum of 600W power supply for the 3060Ti, talking of that card It's way overkill for 1080p monitors like you've got further down in your spec, it's really a card suited to 1440p ultra wide, change the warranty to silver which is a no brainer for a fiver.

I'm sure that some of the other more experienced folk like @AgentCooper and @MrWilson will have more to say about things like the case & the cooling

Thank you for your response! So I should consider changing the memory to 16GB 3200MHz? And would you suggest I change the monitors or the card? And your right about the warranty lol. Thank you for pointing that out!

do you really need 2 monitors, personally I'd say change the monitor to a 1440p 144Hz monitor as a main monitor for gaming on, then if youreally wanted a secondary monitor internet browsing and office work you could just pick up a 1080p, also it would make life easier if youcould provide the configuration link

When these guys spec a system they look for a base build to last 7-10 years with maybe just a couple of GPU upgrades along the way

Sounds like your use is pretty much exactly the same as mine! Good luck with your order, we'll probably both have to wait a bit of parts to become available but worth it to get it right with this kind of investement.
