Lately i have encountered a irritating problem. I got a Samsung external drive that the firewire connection was broken. I opened up the drive holder and inside is a 2.5" SATA HDD. Because the files stored in the HDD means a lot to me, i urgently decided to buy a new device to protect the HDD so it had better need no tool to install the drive and own a independent power switch. It must be portable and flexible( be able towork with many laptops).My friend recommended me to buy a external HDD enclosure case.But i have no idea which to buy, can anybody give me some choices?

Firewire is basically entirely obsolete nowadays so stuff that supports it is sparse and pricey in comparison to USB3.0 devices.
