Strange noise coming out of PSU

The PSU in my setup started to make weird ticking sounds. At this point, I get different kinds of sounds coming out of it (tick, squeal, coil whine,...). It's continuous and drives me crazy when the pc is on for a longer period of time. I tried to capture the sound on a video which is in the link down below (maybe try to increase the volume a bit because I used a headset mic).
Is there anything I could possibly do to make it stop or do I have to call PCS and present it as an issue?

I can't hear anything in that video unfortunately, but if you're sure it's the PSU, then call up PCS and log it, they should be able to send a replacement.

I can't hear a thing, but then my hearing is shot (I was a telephone engineer in my early youth in one of those noisy and large click-bang telephone switching centres). You mention a squeal sound and squealing is almost always bearings, so from your description it sounds like the PSU fan failing to me.

Call PCS as others have suggested. :)

BTW. My dog is deaf too. He never worked in a telephone exchange though.....

The sound is a regular sound (rather than intemittent) which would likely indicate the fan (I still think it's a bearing...either that or one of the fan blades isn't quite straight and is brushing up against the housing...something along those lines). As to the sound itself, it reminds me a lot of the old Dot Matrix printers when they were running (but without the noise of the carriage return).
If that's the case, just open it up and double check there are no cables obstructing the PSU fan.
