Sub Order - Awaiting Payment

Hey all,

I recently posted a thread on my spec where I asked about how quiet it would be where I then looked into changing my InWIN Dragon Slayer case with the CoolerMaster Sileo 500 case, I got to the payment stage and entered my credit card details but then decided to stick with my current case and didn't click the next button to finalize payment.

However when I went back to my 'My Orders' it is now asking me for payment for that sub-order. Is there any way to cancel this request or should I just leave it as it is?

You should contact our Call Centre to cancel the Sub Order.

When a customer amends a current order a task is added to the order regarding the alteration. If a customer changes their mind, they must let us know so that the alteration can be cancelled. If they don't the change will be made to the order, but the order will not be dispatched until monies are outstanding. Then if the order has been built as per the amended specification, we are within our rights to charge a re-build fee.

Act now and save yourself some money.
