Sufficient cooler?

I am not certain which cooler would be sufficient for the Ryzen 5 3600. I'm looking at PCS FrostFlow 100 V2 (£19) and CoolerMaster 120 (£40). Is liquid cooling an overshoot for this CPU considering I will not attempt to overclock it?

The stock wraith cooler is more than enough for a 3600.

Got the PCS frostflow and it is pretty noisy.

Stock cooler is fine for the 3600. Quiet too, although there have been mentions of the odd noisy one.
