Suggestions for gaming PC?

Hi

I'm looking for a new gaming PC to replace my laptop which is now starting to struggle with games I like to play (City builders, Simulators, Strategy, Business Management sims etc.) I'll be using my UHD TV as a monitor through HDMI and want it to be capable of working well with HTC Vive for VR gaming when I can afford one of those in future (hopefully early 2018). Budget is approximately £1500. I'd be grateful for some suggestions of specs to consider as I did have a build thought out but PCS seem to have stopped doing some of the components so having to start again.
