suitable carry case for Omega Supreme

I am not sure that the cases available in the PCS selecion are suitable for the Omega Supreme laptop which is 3 inches thick! Can anyone reccomend a suitable case with enough room for the laptop, power bricks, cables and a mouse.

I am only going to be carrying from my car into office/home so a case style would be preferred.

Cheers

lol, its gonna need to be MASSIVE for that.

I'd suggest a small/medium rucksack or something...

After deliberating whether I should buy a carry bag or a wheelbarrow, I finally settled on the Trust Sidney 17.3 for my Vortex III.

However, until I try it I won't know just how suitable it really is.

Please post when you get it anfd let us know. Of course the vortex III is 2cm thinner then the Omega Supreme.

I like the style of that case rather then a rucksack that Torgan kindly suggests. I do not intend having to carry the thing further then the carpark to office and from driveway to house so it is more of a case to keep everything together then anything else.

Previously I have used targus cases which are fine quality in my opinion and after looking on the targus website they do a larger case in the same style that PCS offer. However the cases seem to have compartments of max 4cm height. I also noticed that the TCG417 pictured on the Targus website is totally different to the TCG417 offered by PCS.

The Targus CN317 is of the same style and being slightly larger (for 17"-18") might accomodate the huge thickness a little better. The handles are also riveted as well as stitched which adds further security against failure.

I would appreciate any other suggestions.

Just one thing to note after building some of the Omega laptops is that it is very heavy so get a heavy duty carry case and cancel your gym membership as this should keep you in shape!
