System freezes when using Firefox.

This happened 3rd time since I got my system back from RMA 2 months ago. I have no idea what's wrong. I would say its a faulty SSD drive. What exactly happens is, when I'm on Firefox, system suddenly just freezes as it would do some operation. When I restart computer it's not detecting my SSD drive on which I have my OS. What I have to do to make it work again (and it worked all 3 times) is unscrew the panel where all the cables are hidden unplug cables from SSD drives and plug them back in. Then when I start the system, my SSD works like nothing happened. I'm worried that one day it will freeze and unplugging cables won't help... Any suggestions please?

Does this happen when using other browsers,
if not it could be some add on in firefox,
try clicking the help tab in firefox/restart with add ons disabled,
or uninstall it altogether & reinstall.
