Everything is just getting ridiculous. I read that a guy got handcuffed and arrested for cuffing his 13 year old son round the ear at the police station where they where questioning the kid over burglary.

While I would agree some rules & regulations are verging on the ludicrous, I don't see anything wrong with the conclusions of the examples provided,especially the obvious Insane behaviour of the dentist.

• Exposing a nurse to X-ray radiation
• Pushing a nervous teenage patient back into his chair, telling him: "You will sit and let me do it"
