Thunderbolt aka usb 3.1

Anyone ever used this feature to run a desktop type graphics card? and also besides being used for other monitors anyone got any idea's what this may be used for in the future?

To my knowledge none of the proposed external gpu docks have been released, though there are supposed to be quite a few in the works

yep a few around, alienware have released one and I think it was another. It would be nice if pc specialist created one themselves for there laptops.

The Alienware one uses a special port and so does the msi one, none of the thunderbolt 3 ones have been released yet

It's a proprietary one to each manufacturer

You would have to get a alienware or msi to use the respective gpu docks
