Ticking PSU & Ryzen 5 3600 temps

Hello,

I have received my new setup yesterday. I noticed that the CPU temp hovers around 60 degrees when idle. It has a stock AMD cooler. Is this normal for this CPU or should I be worried?

Another issue is this ticking sound coming out of the PSU. I trying to capture on a video but unfortunately it's hard to hear it there. It almost sounds like there's something stuck in the fan. I really hope this is something that can I can fix at home because I only got the pc yesterday and I don't really want to be sending it back :/

edit: Now I noticed the ticking sound becomes louder when I every so slightly try to move the case.
