Alright, so I bought my spec a few months ago.
There is absolutely no problem with the PC, but I have a personal issue.

I have a yahoo account, and everyday I see people asking questions such as 'Which PC should I buy if I want to run this game?' or 'What can I run with this spec I just bought? - A one core processor, integrated cards -.-'
So far I have recommended this website to dozens of people just on yahoo, ever since my account creation a few days ago after not using the website for a good year or two. I have recommended hundreds of people outside the internet regarding this site, but that is not the point.

I'm so pleased about the service this website has offered me, it is honestly the only product I have personally spend roughly £1250 on it. I can honestly not remember anything else where I have had such an excellent customer experience with. (Although it was probably since I paid another £50 for 3 day build of my PC)

Anyway, I can't describe how happy I am with this company, even after months when I received my PC. I'm starting to wander off from the main purpose I created this thread.
I really wish your company to become as large as possible. (Bigger than PCworld and Curry's; I have had such a bad experience with them, not by customer service, but by the fact that I realise now how much they ripped my dad off when he bought all those laptops and PC's, including TV's for my brother and sisters. I'm not even going to start on Apple products and how much they ripped my sister off with their overpriced phones.)

Although I wouldn't gain anything specific myself, I would be so happy to see this company one day become bigger than those stupid companies.
Please, you really need to expand your strategy of advertising. I don't even remember how I came across this website anymore.
Think about forums or websites such as Yahoo where people are gathered and asking questions.

Not sure why I'm even doing this, but since is one of the VERY FEW companies where I have ever been pleased with. I really want to see it grow and expand its market. Your theme also seems very eye-catchy and stylish.
Maybe once you're a very big companies. Invest in other products such as phones. As long as they have a stylish theme and look appealing to the eye, you will be surprised how many people are interested in that. Just look at Apple-fans, with their lust and desire for stylish shiny things, they are willing to spend £500 on a phone which costs less than $200 to make.

Expand your market. I'm going to keep posting this in several sections until an admin reads this, and considers my advice on advertising.

Whilst the admins will read this and may do something about it, please do not cross-post, cross-posting is against the forum rules and I've just had to go delete all the duplicates of this thread in various other sections of the forums.

And no, I do not work for PCS, so I can't do anything I'm afraid.

Nice post, If I may add a few things

Ive seen PCS advertising on relevant sites, sites such as KitGuru who review computer products etc, they also advertise in a lot of tech magazines as these are the people they are most likely to grab

I would also love to see other custom products, like a tablet or phone, but that must be very difficult to do seeing as a lot of the CPUs etc are soldered and often done by machines

I hope PCS stays as it is.:)

I agree with Vanthus, I'd rather they stayed as they are.

I do tell people about PCS, but only people that are interested in pc's, as most people I meet know nothing about pc's or components nor do they care.

Also agreed with Vanthus and Tom. Bigger is not always better. I personally like the more intimate vibe the company has. Word of mouth also goes a very long way. I also agree with Rakk. There really is no need to post more then once. You cant force them to change just because you think its the right move. lool

It depends to be honest! As long as PCS continue to look after their customers the way they do, I don't think it would be bad at all that they could possibly expand. However, it often happens that when a company becomes big, it loses interest in the one small voice. So, it is kinda up to PCS on how they treat it!

PCS does want to grow much bigger, and we have a big strategy of growth moving forwards! We also understand that the way we got to be where we are is by looking after our customers, and that is always our number one priority! :)

I've known PCS for a while now, probably over 4 years thinking about it. I learnt of the site from my late father, he purchased a gaming PC a while back, and I purchased a laptop a few years ago too. I also helped a friend purchase a computer, who I'm proud to say is enjoying the machine still more than ever. I'm now back to finally start taking everything to a next level with a powerful rig (just got updated to building status today!). So I've seen PCS on and off, and I have to say I have seen no decline in their phenomenal customer interaction, their support, and their accommodation to new people. The forums are still amazing, too. If anything, it's all improved.

I've seen the introduction of new features such as the recent upgrade system, and these are amazing. I love seeing a business such as this expand, but I'm still hesitant to see anything go to 'big' because of reasons similar to what people have stated in this thread. I have no idea if PCS would lose what they have now if they went bigger; I'm no business expert and I don't pretend to be. All I know is, I love what the team does here, I love the forums, and I hope it stays.
