Too much? Too Little?

Last week I put my new build request in however, as I get closer and closer to coming out of pre-production I am wondering whether I should really increase or decrease any of the specs.

The machine isn't going to be heavily taxed although there will be some video and photo editing done. I won't be overclocking or anything like that. I also want the machine to last me as long as possible without the need of upgrading if possible.

I already have a few left overs from my old computer (such as OS, DVD writer etc.) so have cut back on ordering some things.

I don't really play games on my PC although I do occasionally dip in and out of some, nothing hardcore.

So, assuming it isn't too late to change anything, do you think that this is okay for a light use PC?

I'd probably have got a slightly lesser CPU and a better graphics cards just to balance it out a bit better.

PS. though you haven't stated which warranty you've gone for, make sure you get the Silver if you have only picked Standard

Yeah, I've gone for silver warranty. For £5 it would be silly not to!
I'll look at the Graphics Card to see what improvement I can afford :)

Thank you

a GTX 550 Ti ro 560 Ti would make a healthy addition to this spec, ic you need to save elsewhere a simple mild downgrade to the 1090T would be a good start!

Updated the Graphics Card to the GTX 550. The 560 is too much of a price jump. Left the processor as it is.
I shouldn't have skimped so much on the graphics, so this should help give me a better machine and keep it suitable for longer :)

Thank you
