Tracking

Both of my ordered pc's were dispatched yesterday ( Friday ) for Saturday delivery and "my account" lists the two tracking numbers.

However, when I click on them, I am re-directed to the DHL site which gives me the really helpful comment of "no details found"

Does anyone know how I can actually track the delivery ?

Quick update, tracking now states "unable to locate", not had a phone call from them to ask for directions etc , have been in all morning, does this mean I won't get delivery today ?

its not looking good, try calling them on 0844 248 0555

One quick phone call to DHL and they appeared 30 min later

Do you supply them with contact phone numbers ? If not, it might be an idea to in cases where they can't find an address.

First unit plugged in and taking its first breaths, will post piccies later
