Welcome to our forums spike :)

1GB ATI RADEON™ HD 5870 PCI EXPRESS - DirectX® 11, Eyefinity 3 Capable

This card is Eyefinity 3 Capable and therefore will support three monitors.

You will also need to order a Display Port to DVI adapter from our "Eyefinity" drop down menu when configuring your PC, unless you have a monitor that supports Display Port.

I'd go for the Radeon HD6970 instead, it's the 5870's replacement (not sure why it isn't positioned properly in the drop-down list) and has an extra 1GB of VRAM which will help for multi-monitor setups like the one you're planning to use.
