Two quick answers please!!

1) They ran out of 3GB gtx580, does a 2GB gtx670 suffice? (I will SLI in the future, but concerned about the GPU memory)
2) When will they restock intel core i7 since it has run out?

2gb will suffice for most set ups, but if you are running three monitors, then a amd7950 or amd7970 might be a better choice.

2. Not sure of a definite time-scale, but they usually get stock that same day or 1-2 days after
