Is this standard on all Asus boards?

Not yet standard but heading that way. For now, you'd have to check the specs before buying to know for sure which boards have EFI - it's not something that's being particularly marketed as a feature. You could always drop a suggestion to PCS - ask if they could highlight the feature on their config site.

I'm comfortable with BIOS but I have to agree - the EFI interface does look a lot nicer.
