When i bught the laptop was 256GB ADATA SU800 M.2 2280 (560 MB/R, 520 MB/W), and now i bought a Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe Internal SSD - Up to 3500MB/s - CT2000P3SSD8, can maybe be the problem about what port support?

That's a SATA M2 port, won't support NVME drives

It can be quite difficult to get your head around. The M2 is the form factor/connection, but it interfaces with different options (PCIe, SATA). NVMe is for the PCIe interface, which your laptop doesn't have.
