Well i bought an Optimus V a few weeks ago and because of the fan issue and other faults i've had to send it back for replacement what i'm wondering is if i pay could i go up to the Vortex III? Has anyone ever had the chance to change laptops because of faults or anything?

I don't think it is possible since the laptop has been used , for an official response you should contact PCS directly.

But they are fully replacing my one due to many faults and damaged occured when i sent for repair so i'm not getting the used one back anyway
I will give them a phone tomorrow was just wondering if anyone has ever done this
