Upgrade to play at 240hz and stream at on same pc.

What would I need to upgrade to be able to play a game at 240hz and stream at the same time on the same pc? I have a 240hz monitor but when I stream I cant unlock its full potential as the stream is then very choppy. this is my spec.

CPU-Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor
Cooler- Corsair - H100x Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard- Asus - ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory- Corsair - Vengeance LED 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Storage- Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Graphics- Asus - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB ROG STRIX Video Card
Case- be quiet! - Dark Base 900 (Black) ATX Full Tower Case
Power Supply- Corsair - TXM Gold 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Monitor- Acer - Predator XB272 bmiprz 27.0" 1920x1080 240Hz Monitor
2x BenQ - GL2760H 27.0" 1920x1080 60Hz Monitor

Sea of Thieves and Boundless at the moment dabble in Assassins creed aswell. Still kinda new to proper pc gaming so still building my collection
