Vanquish Prodigy with alternate OS?

Im considering the pre-built system Vanquish Prodigy off their review's page.
But it comes shipped with Windows 8 (Bleugh, personal opinion!)
Is it possible to have Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) installed without going through the configure page (which jumps up the price)?????

Best to contact PCS directly really. (PCS staff do read and post on this forum but it's not a certain way to get their attention. I'd give them a ring.)
