Very short and painful life of my harddrive

It seems my brand new SATA HDD is dying. Got it at 5th november, my post here.
As soon as i receive it, I checked SMART status, it was 6 bad sectors.
And results 2 days after:


Now i have 23 reallocated bad sectors and another 7 sectors pending. And over 6000 CRC errors :|
Anyone have the same model as me? How about your experience with that drive? Can you check SMART readings and post it here?
I already have done recovery with Windows7 DVD, because drive losted some files from 100MB hidden boot partition :|
Suitable for warranty replacement, isn't?

I have to take drive out from computer? Prepare packaging for it or something? I will have to fit new drive by myself?

If you want us to send you the drive on a replacement service then yes you will have to have the old one packed and ready to hand to the courier when he arrives and fit the new one. Alternatively you can send the pc back to us under rma and we can do it. The choice is yours.

P.S Its ony a next day servie to uk mainland. Highlands and Islands / NI may take longer.

New drive received yesterday. Working very good so far (after installing systems and SMART extended test), without any bad sectors.
