Video editing PC

Hi folks, this is my first post here, I'm looking at getting a PC for editing video using Pinnacle Studio 22 Ultimate, looking at maybe editing 4k in the future so was thinking an I7 based machine, what would you recommend, budget is about £900 tops.

I'd thought SSD for the operating system etc to go on with a 2TB HDD for everything else, I also have a 1TB in the present PC which i'll be moving over, DVD burner also required
