Vortex II BIOS

I bought my Vortex II way back in September last year, and it still has the BIOS it came with.

On POST, the year 2010 is displayed, which is very old. This just won't do... I need to flash it :sorcerer:

I saw a thread inviting people to PM a mod with their email address to have the latest BIOS emailed to them by PCS... is this the correct way to go about this?
