Vortex III 4 days in-testing?

Hi,

My vortex III order has been on in-testing for 4 days now, is this cause for concern? atleast an email update would be nice from PCS. Can any PCS staff check my order for me and post the status of it here? Can't see an order number but my email is [email protected]. cheers.

Well in a way, you should be happy, because there may be a problem and you wouldnt want it to arrive with a problem, sending it back would take twice as long

They are probably just testing it loads, to make sure its all perfect. And a word of warning i would remove your email off the post, email skimmer might get it and your spam might increase.

Ok, it's now end of day 5 in-testing. I will give PCS customer support a call on monday to see what's what.

yeh, i think the phonelines are open 9-12 in the morning so make sure you dont lay in too much
