Vortex III keyboard probs

So I received my laptop and found that the backlit keyboard and the O and P keys are physically the wrong way round. No problem, contacted PCS and they're sending me a replacement keyboard for me to install. Now, the problem here is that I know how to remove the keyboard from the chassis, but how do you disconnect the 2 cables (one for lights and one for keys) from the MB. Is there like a clip thing or do I just slide it out (somehow)?? I don't want to risk using force on it at the moment, and how do you connect the new keyboard once the old one is removed??
