Vortex III lap tray/coolers?

I see a selection available from PCS but was wondering if anyone was using any particular trays for their Vortex III?
Have a few non computer specific laptrays at home and one laptop specific one but wondering if it's worthwhile getting one with a fan in it. Had a look at a few Logitech products but unsure if it's really going to be that beneficial or not.

Hi, I'm using the Zalman ZM-NC2500 Plus and it's incredibly quiet even on max speed! I play Starcraft II on Ultra settings and my fps is a constant 80FPS with the cooler helping keep the GPU at 58'C ish, around 69-73'C without!

I have the 3000S and yes very quiet , actually cant hear it at all. Very subtle cooling.

Thanks folks. I'll maybe pick one up then. The Zalmans can be used on your lap? A lot of them look like they might be more suited to use under laptop on a desk.

I guess you could use them on your lap but it wouldnt be comfortable. Its like a wedge curved up underneath. Wouldnt recommend it. Would be a lot of bulk as they raise the laptop a fair bit.

I'm tempted by http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/notebook-products/cooling-pads/cooling-pad-n120 but will look into the other suggestions as well. Thanks all.
