Vortex III

I've got a few queries about my Vortex III laptop's sound.

On the laptop it says Onkyo speakers and THX trustudio pro sticker. What and where is the software to control it. Is it the Realtek HD audio?

Is realtek the correct sound software installed in the laptop for the speakers ? and most importantly: Is there a way to check the Onkyo speakers installed in my laptop?

Hi Turtle,

You are correct, the speakers are operated by Realtek drivers however THX software will be provided with an equalizer and other funky tat

The speakers in the Vortexc II chassis were great. Once my vortex III arrive I will give the speakers a proper test, however I would find it hard to believe that the Vortex III speakers would be inferior to the Vortex II's.
