Vortex IV screen

Hi I discovered a row of dead pixels going across the middle of the screen after one day of use. I have the 15.6" Matte Full HD LED Widescreen (1920x1080) on the vortex IV and have read other people have had similar issues. Does anyone know if the problem also occurs with the AUO matte gamut screen as I can't afford to return the laptop a second time as I am at university abroad normally.

If you are experiencing dead pixels the best thing to do would be to send it back to PCS but since you are abroad you will need to pay for the postage, do you have the dead pixel warranty?

Yes I did get the warranty, I'm in the UK over christmas break (at the moment) so am having it sent back at the moment. I just don't understand how you get dead pixels so soon after buying a brand new screen. I have had an acer laptop for the past 6 years with an LCD screen and haven't had any yet.
