Vyper 17.3" - Review + Issue + How to manually install drivers?

Hi fellas, I've just received 3 days ago my new Laptop Vyper 17.3", first here are the specs :

So, at first I'd like to tell that I'm totally amazed. The laptop is good looking, the screen is amazing (especially for me as I've never enjoyed more than 60hz monitors before)
Everything is okay even I was a bit afraid because it's the first time that I install Windows myself. But I will get into it later.
The keyboard is great and soft, the ports are just what I need
I didn't tried any game yet cause I need to install my second M.2 SSD where I have all my games.

Cons :
- I'm just confused because I'm experiencing issue when my power cable isn't plugged. Even if I'm in turbo mode or whatever, it's slow on chrome, on youtube for instance I got some unconvenient freezes and slow-down. Does someone know what can be the problem here ?
- I'm a little bothered by the "Cap Lock/Unlock" notification, and I don't know how to disable it. I've read some threads about it talking about an "hotkey" driver, but it isn't on my Drivers list on Pcspecialist Downloads page, so I don't know how to do so.
- The chassis gets quickly hot, is it normal ?
- And finally, I will talk like a noob on this part cause I'm a noob lol.
For the drivers, I don't really know how to make sure they're installed. I have downloaded drivers, then put it on my folders but then I'm not sure what to do. Do I have to manually install all of them, or do I only need to run Windows updates (which I did) ?
And if I run windows updates do I have to unzip every folders before so windows can find the drivers ?
I'm talking about it because a lot of devices seems not to have drivers on my devices manager, here is the list of devices missing drivers :

Also here are the drivers I've downloaded :

You need to unzip them once downloaded and run the installer inside each one folder. Only exceptions is number 8 Nvidia driver. There are more up to date versions on the Nvidia website

It's not a Clevo chassis, but a Tong Fang, so the drivers are only available from PCS as Tong Fang don't have a public repository.

To install drivers, you'd connect via LAN to your router and allow windows update to install them all.

Then you manually install NVidia drivers direct from nvidia and Control Center (Tong Fang version of Hotkey) from PCS downloads.

If you’ve got unknown devices then it’s not configured yet, until it’s configured it won’t work properly.

Can you take a screenshot of your unknown devices?

I would run WIndows Update to find and install those drivers. Keep running Windows Update until no more updates are found, then check Device Manager again.

Try 03 chipset and 09 serial io and I think you may need to manually install the thunderbolt driver which I’ll find for you.

Further edit: do those 2 first and then we’ll try find the device ID for the thunderbolt port

The SMBus Controller driver is part of the chipset driver. Windows Update should have found that......

Here is a list of the drivers I wasn't able to install :
01_Audio
02_Cardreader
04_IntelVGA
05_IRST
06_LAN (they ask for a password to unzip)
07_ME
The main error is something like "This computer doesn't have the minimum configuration for this driver"
I'm also chatting with the customer service but no solutions so far, I'll call them this afternoon

All those drivers should have been installed by Windows Update. That they weren't suggests either an issue with your Internet connection, or an issue with your Windows system.

I would be doing another clean install from freshly downloaded media, deleting all existing system partitions (there are four of them in a UEFI system), and running Windows Update repeatedly after install. If that doesn't find and install your drivers then I'd suspect some sort of hardware issue.

Don't bother with benchmarks, your system is not configured properly. I strongly suggest you do a clean install of Windows.....

1. Plug in an 8GB (min) USB stick.
2. Download the Media Creation Tool and run that tool.
3. Click the radio button to create media for another computer
4. Point the tool at your USB stick and download Windows 10 installation files (the contents of the USB stick will be overwritten).
5. Boot the USB stick (you may need to modify the BIOS boot order to do this).
6. Select a Custom Install.
7. Delete all partitions on your SSD.
8. Select the unallocated space that results and click Next. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
9. Once Windows is installed go through the initial setup (region, language, userid etc.).
10. Once Windows setup is completed run Windows Update. Keep running Windows Update, even after reboots, until no more updates are found.
11. Check in Device Manager for devices missing drivers, the only ones you should find are external devices, you'll need to use the drivers supplied with the product to install those drivers.

Ok thanks for your help, I'll do this asap.
FYI, this how I installed windows at the first time BUT there were a problem cause I left my desk during the installation and the key was booting again and again, so it created several OS, that might be the issue.
For the drivers, I'll download them again but I'm wondering if I still need to unzip them before run windows update
