I have Lenovo G550 and problem with sleep option.
I am on Windows 8.1 now, but on WIN 7 are same.
The problem is that I can't wake up laptop by keyboard or mouse, only working with power button.
When I wake up laptop from sleep with Power Button, it awake slowly, I mean I got Lenovo black Screen and Log in page, after show me all open works where I stop, which is ok. That is strange to me, bcause on my PC when touch keyboard screen is open immediately!
I try all combinations in Power options with no result. CMD too.
I try attach external keyboard and mouse, no results.
So, maybe is error in Keyboard/Mouse drivers?
Can't go in Keyboard->Power manager window to allow keyboard wake up on sleep, because I don't have that option, because my driver show "Standard PS/2 Keybord".
I thought win8 will be better, but it's not! I can't find driver for Keyboard for G550 on Win8, I found only for win7 and win10!
But I installed Chipset drivers for win 8, but it is same.
Can I install some other drver for keyboard to allow me option for Power manager?
Is your laptop can wake up from keyboard too?
